The Advent office is located in the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center). It's basically the financial & international business hub of the UAE and in Dubai.

My office space digs. The most expensive Advent office per square foot worldwide (i'm guessing around 2000 sq ft?) and in total 1 front desk, 2 conference rooms (1 large, 1 small), 1 break room, 1 server room/closet/igloo, 2 rooms (15 cubicle spaces):
